The only information that I could find was that, "Some substances may increase plasma ethinyl estradiol concentrations. These include:
Competitive inhibitors for sulfation of ethinyl estradiol in the gastrointestinal wall, such as ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and acetaminophen."
So, unless you were taking super high doses of Vitamin C at the same time you took Nordette, taking vitamins is safe and will not effect its effectiveness.
