You mention that "she was in the end of her period." If you had intercourse while she was still having her period, there was no risk for pregnancy.
Postinor 2 prevents pregnancy by preventing ovulation. Taking the pill while having her period did nothing but give her a high dose of the hormone, levonorgestrel. As a result, her next period may start earlier or later than expected. Flow might be lighter or heavier than normal.

But, I see no risk for pregnancy.
