Hello NikeWitch,

Welcome again to EmpowHER. I am concerned if you tend to hold on to thoughts and fears, even when there is no sound evidence to support the thoughts. Is it a fear of the "what if" or "what others may think"?

NikeWitch, please consider seeking the help of a psychologist, therapist or counselor, who is trained in helping people overcome social anxiety and unbased fears.
