With a 29 day menstrual cycle, day 6, which was the day of unprotected sex, was too early for ovulation. So, there would have been no risk for pregnancy.
She is probably ovulating, based on the consistency of her cervical mucus and pain. Having intercourse does not change the symptoms of ovulation.
There would be a delay in the start of her period only if she did become pregnant. For now, she needs to relax and wait for her period to start. She could take an early response test about five days before her period is due. Or, she could wait and test if it is late by at least one week.
