Since you have never been this late before, please take a home pregnancy test. Purchase an early response test, just to be sure. Test in the morning. Use the urine when you first wake up and use the bathroom.
Schedule an appointment with your gynecologist, regardless if the result is negative or positive.
If you and your husband have decided that you do not want to have any more children, think about permanent sterilization- you could have a tubal ligation or he can have a vasectomy.
