Were you both wearing clothes? If so, no risk for her becoming pregnant.
Without penetration and ejaculation, there was also no risk for pregnancy.
Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. Sperm can remain in your urethra, which is the tube that urine and semen pass through, following an ejaculation. But once you urinate, any sperm is flushed out. You were not at any risk if your last ejacuation was three days earlier.
