Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. You are a good friend to reach out to our community on her behalf.

Let's look at the risk factors and her chance for becoming pregnant.

This happened 11 days after her period finished. If she has a regular 28 to 30 day menstrual cycle, she could have been close to or actually ovulating. If her menstrual cycle is shorter, say 22 days long, there was good chance for ovulation.

To become pregnant, there must be a released mature egg. This is what ovulation is.

Pre ejaculate fluid is a bodily fluid that frequently seeps out of the penis during sexual arousal. It does not usually contain sperm. However, if the male has had a prior but recent ejaculation. like with masturbation, sperm can remain in his urethra. This is a tube that semen and urine pass through. Once he urinates, any sperm are flushed out.

It doesn't matter how long his penis was in her vagina. What does matter is if he ejaculated semen. Without ejaculation, there was no sperm released to fertilize the egg and cause a pregnancy.

Regards,
Maryann
