I am assuming the pill you mention is birth control pills. If you had been taking your pills each day up until the late dose, and took that dose even though late, you should have been protected up to that point.
By not taking the pills afterwards, you lost protection. Sperm can live inside the woman's reproductive system for a few days.
Please call and speak with your gynecologist, who prescribed the birth control pills. Explain what has happened and follow any advice. Keep us updated.
