If you have a 28 to 30 day menstrual cycle, your new cycle started on January 20, which would have been the first day of your period. If your period lasts five to seven days, you would have just ended or been ending your period on January 27. Is this correct?
If you had just finished your period when you took Plan B, there was no time for your uterine lining to build up, and you would only have spotting instead of a flow.
The timing seems off to be implantation bleeding. Wait and see if you get your period for this month. If you do not, consider taking an early response pregnancy test and talking with your gynecologist. Please keep us updated.
