I doubt that you are pregnant unless you had unprotected sex since your last period in February.
You had a period after taking an emergency contraceptive, so you know that the pill worked.
An emergency contraceptive can cause changes in the menstrual cycle, but that is usually for the following menstrual cycle. Every woman is different, and it is possible that you are more sensitive. Consider speaking with your gynecologist, who knows you and is more knowledgeable than I am.
