From what you have shared, there was no risk of becoming pregnant because your boyfriend did not insert his penis in your vagina and did not ejaculate.
Pre-ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm.
If he had a recent ejaculation, some sperm would have remained in his urethra, which is a tube that semen and urine pass through. Once he urinated, any sperm was flushed out.
Stress can cause a delay in the start of your period. Try your best to relax, and it should start.
