Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm.
If you had a recent ejaculation, sperm would remain in your urethra. That is the tube that both semen and urine pass through. Once you urinate, sperm is flushed out.
Brandonjames, if you did not have a recent ejaculation as you have stated, there would not have been any sperm in your pre ejaculate fluid.
It appears that there was no risk for pregnancy, especially if your girlfriend wiped any fluid off of her fingers.
