A hCG level of less than 5ml/mlU is negative for pregnancy. I cannot comment on the faint line on the home pregnancy test because only you know if you read the strip at the correct time.
Have you missed a monthly period?
Have you spoken with your gynecologist about the hCG level?
Maybe the blood test and urine test were done too early. Only your physician can advise you on that.
