No, you cannot become pregnant by having dry sex because you both were wearing underwear. By wearing underwear, penetration of his penis into your vagina is not possible.
However, I think you need to be seen by a gynecologist or at least your primary care physician about the odorous vaginal discharge, pain, burning and itching.
