Missing doses during the first week of a new pack pose the highest risk for pregnancy during unprotected sex. Going seven days on inactive pills and then missing the first doses of the active pills causes a drop in the hormone levels that prevent ovulation.
However, you did make up for the missed doses as soon as you could. So, I think you should have been protected. For peace of mind, confirm this with your gynecologist.
