There would have been a risk if this happened five days before you were to ovulate or on the day you ovulated.
Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. Following a recent ejaculation, sperm remains in the urethra. That is the tube through which both urine and semen pass. Once he urinates, sperm is flushed out.
If he did not ejaculate, and there was no pre ejaculate, and you were not ovulating, there should not have been a risk.
