If by 4th day of your 7 day interval between pills, you mean you were taking the inactive pills, there was no risk at this time for becoming pregnant.
Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If your partner had a recent ejaculation, sperm remains in the urethra. That is the tube that urine and semen pass through. Once he urinates, sperm is flushed out.
