Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If a male has had a very recent ejaculation, sperm remains in the urethra. This is the tube that urine and semen pass. Once he urinates, sperm is flushed out.
Wait and if your next period is late by more than one week, test for pregnancy.
