Since you had bleeding for four days after taking Postinor 2, you know the pill was effective and you did not become pregnant.
Changes in the menstrual cycle are a reported side effect. That could explain why you have not yet gotten your period.
If you miss your period this month, call your gynecologist. Not because I think you might be pregnant but because of a hormonal imbalance from Postinor 2.
