Do you experience the numbness upon waking or through the day?
When did this start? How old are you? Do you suffer with any underlying medical conditions or take any prescribed medications?
Numbness can be caused from something as simple as sleeping on that arm to compression of a nerve from pressure from a compressed vertebrae.
If this persists, worsens or causes you concern, please speak with your physician.
