On 12/24, 12/25, and 12/26 had brown discharge but only when I wiped. The 27th my period started, the period seemed normal compared to most periods except for the fact it was a week early it wasn't due until 12/31. Now it's gone and I still have the occasional brown discharge when whiping

Other than your period being early, it seems like a regular period. As long as your cycles are at least 28 days apart, you are having regular periods. If you have your periods closer together than 28 days you need to see your doctor because it is a sign that something is wrong.
There are many possible reasons for your period to do irregular. Hormonal imbalances, medications, stress, eating disorders, or a few. If you continue to have irregular periods every month, or you experience unusual symptoms in the future, you may need treatment from your doctor.
