Hi,
I am late 8 days. I had a negative HPT, 2 days after my missed period. And I decided to wait until Sunday, May 14th to test again. Still negative.

I have no cramps, no spotting, nothing.
Last week, I was having this almost pressure/pulling sensation in my lower stomach area- above the pelvic bone. I have once in a while a feeling of getting sick, but I quickly drink something carbonated and it helps.
No sore breasts, but I dont have sore breasts either, during a period.
Today, I noticed (8 days late), that I have some discharge, almost clear like...

Could we be pregnant?

We have been trying for 6 months, and my entire life I have always had regular period, and on the dot--never late in my life.

Hello Anonymous,

Pregnancy would be the reason only if you had unprotected intercourse since your last period.

Stress can cause a delayed period. If you are not sexually active, try to relax and your period should start.

Hello Meena,

If you and your husband have been trying unsuccessfully to conceive for two years, it may be time to see a fertility specialist.

In the meantime, please consult your gynecologist who may choose to order a blood pregnancy test.

Maryann

Hello Shauna,

Have you had unprotected intercourse since your last period?

If so, pregnancy is possible. Time to take a home pregnancy test.

Maryann
