My period was due May 7th but it has not come! I have taken 4 home pregnancy test and they were negative, when I called the clinic the nurse said I am definitely not pregnant which is fine, I didn't ask her if I was pregnant, i'm not saying I am pregnant, I don't want to be pregnant, I just told her my what is happening because I want to know what is happening to me! Around April 23 I started spotting off and on for 2 days and then it stopped. beginning of May I had snot like discharge off and on for a few days and ever since I have had thick white discharge but there is no infection? Then I ended up with an impacted bowel! Now my legs hurt like hell, moving too fast causes the most awful pressure in my head and I get so dizzy I fear I am going to pass out! I am apparently depressed because I keep making a fool out of myself by crying in the middle of normal conversations making everyone around me extremely uncomfortable. Now it seems I have managed to pull a muscle or something under my ribs because I woke up this morning in pain and it continues to ache. I cannot see my doctor until June and my body and mind are falling apart, friends and family keep pointing out my moodiness and bloating and telling me my period must be coming but it hasn't yet so I guess I am just mean and fat. Can somebody please tell me what is going on???

Hello and thank you for sharing your question.

You have all the classic symptoms for anemia.  Anemia causes irregular periods, moodiness, depression, head aches, dizziness, pain in muscles from lack of proper circulation etc.

Anemia is very common (especially in adolescent girls). And it can be treated easily by taking over-the-counter iron pills.

I suggest that you take iron pills every day for at least a month or more and see if you feel a difference.  I believe you will start feeling a difference very soon.
