On June 14th I started my period. It lasted for 7 days. ( not normal, normally 3 days) 5 days later started again on the 27th. On the 1st of July I went to the doctor, I told him I was having another period. He blew me off. My period stopped on the 3rd 4 days later I started again someone please help me with some insite really freaking out

You were right to tell your doctor and he should not have blown you off.
I suggest that you see a gynecologist asap. It could be something simple such as hormonal imbalances, or it could be more serious such as an ovarian cyst. In either case you need to have a pelvic exam and/or pap smear to rule out any obvious problems in the vaginal area. If they don't find anything there, then you may need further examinations of the uterus and ovaries.
