I have been bleeding for 46 days straight with no end in sight. Sometimes it acts like it's going to stop because it just turns to pink but then it just comes right back. I'm only 23 and I know this is not normal. I do not have insurance to go to the doctor so could someone please help and tell me what might be causing this.

You are right. Bleeding that lasts longer than 7 days is a red flag. It could be something as simple as hormonal imbalances or it could be something more serious.
I suggest that you visit Planned Parenthood. You do not need to have insurance and you may qualify for free service if your income is low. There is no long application process either. Simply make and appointment.
