Is 99/60 blood pressure to low?

My husband had triple bypass surgery in July.He also has high blood he has been put on several blood pressure meds and now his blood pressure is to low

Thank you for writing.

Some people have naturally occurring low blood pressure and there is no need for treatment. Doctors don't generally treat low blood pressure unless there are symptoms. Your husband's levels are low but not troublesomely low for a healthy person.
However, since he is already a heart patient who has undergone serious surgery, mention this to his doctor.
