i am 25 years old .....i used to be fat during my childhood ....i dropped my fat during graduation...after my graduation i stopped my workouts and focused on masters after that i gained weight again (i gained fat in my thighs)...some how i came to know that i had knock knees....i need to get rid of that ....is it possible??....i started my workouts again....by exercises can i get rid of knock knees?? or is there any other solution ??

thank u for replying.....my apologies i couldn't give you whole details .....i am 25 years old .....from 5th standard to 16 years i gradually increased my weight and when i am 16 years i used to be 85 to 90 kilos..during my graduation i put down my weight by 15 kilos and i used to be something around 73 to 75 kilos...after my graduation i stopped my workouts and i focused on my higher studies and again i gained weight (at present i am 90) .....some how i came to know that i had knock knees ....i wanna get rid of this ....please give me ua valuable suggestions
