Adverse reaction to Prevnar 13 Pneumonia Vaccine?

Few hours after vaccine on Friday afternoon began aching pain under right rib cage and couldn't bend over or cough, burp, sneeze without pain or sleep on either side. Has finally started to decrease and this is Tuesday evening.
Had similar but worse pain when given antibiotics and didn't stop taking Nexium or Zetia meds.
Stopped Nexium and or Zetia after increase in pain that Friday.
Is it coincidental or possible issue with the vaccine when taking Nexium and Zetia?

It could be either - a coincidence or a connection but you'll be hard-pressed to find a doctor to agree it could be a connection.
