After 50 years what's the blood pressure normal

I have left side headache for two days now and I check my blood pressure is 129/83

Normal - ideal - blood pressure is 120/80 but people who are perfectly healthy vary several points up or down.

Your blood pressure of 128/83 is normal although 128 would be considered slightly "high normal". This isn't particularly concerning but you should keep monitoring your blood pressure to make sure it doesn't get any higher. Your headaches may be a contributing factor. Your doctor can help you further.
