I am on a low estrogen birth controll pill, and I was An hour late taking it during my second week. Am I pregnant? My breasts are sore, but other than that mornings really wrong. help!

Taking your pill an hour late would not lessen the effectiveness of your birth control pills (they are 99% effective at preventing pregnancy, when used consistently and correctly). Don't worry--you do have a little "wiggle room" within a few hours of taking the pill every night, but it is best to take it at the same time.
