Does anyone have any recommendations for extreme tooth sensitivity? My dentist mentioned that I have pretty good dental health, and recommended tooth pastes for sensitive teeth. Tried two now, but no luck. Any advice?

Let a dentist examine your teeth thoroughly and see if there are teeth that are exceptionally sensitive. If your sensitivity is generalized, meaning all of your teeth are sensitive, fluoride treatment usually cures the problem.

You may want to talk to your dentist about what's causing the sensitivity. It sounds like your mouth is healthy which is good news as gum disease can often lead to sensitive teeth.

Have you noticed whether you grind your teeth especially at night? If so, you may want to check with your dentist about a mouth guard as teeth grinding can lead to sensitivity.

In terms of products, I like Crest Night as a tooth paste as well as a mouth rinse, although you may want to check with your dentist who can perhaps suggest prescription remedies to deal with your specific issue.
