I took the morning after pill (levonelle) June 13th after a little accident.I took it within 12 hours. I got my periods in June, July and August. My next is due Sept 28th roughly. I woke up yesterday morning with a swollen belly and it is very gurgly. Not sure whether it is gas or what to be honest.
Ive got a weird feeling in my uterus as if im going to start my period. The more I think about it the more I become paranoid im pregnant.
I cant get a pregnancy test till next week. Has anyone had experience of this or have an opinion? Please help. x

If the only time you had unprotected sex was before June 13th, and then you had three periods since then...this would not be a reason for another pregnancy "scare".
Please provide more information regarding if you had unprotected sex since your last period in August, if you are worried about pregnancy in September.
A gurgly belly is not an early pregnancy sign from what you describe, and is most likely digestive issues (gas). Weird feelings in your uterus would also not be an early pregnancy sign, since your period is not due for another 3 weeks.

It is almost certain that you could not be pregnant, with three consecutive periods since your last sexual encounter, plus a negative pregnancy test. If you're still in doubt, please call your doctor for an in-office urine pregnancy test, where they can also check your symptoms of a hard belly (which may be your uterus or ovaries instead of your stomach, which is located much higher).
If your symptom of a hard belly has been occurring for more than one week (to rule out bloating or gas), you may want to have it checked by a doctor, to rule out any medical conditions.
