I'm 45, my cycles are still regular & have 4 children 24, 23, 17 & 8--first 3 were all vaginal births. My youngest was by c-section. I went to the doctor on February, had a pelvic, etc --she said everything looked & felt good. My partner & I have been actively trying to conceive since late March & though it took me about 6 months each time with the 1st & 2nd, I'm getting a little discouraged. I know my age is a factor. I'm really glad I stumbled upon this site a few days ago
IVF is a last resort for us as my health insurance coverage is great but unfortunately doesn't cover infertility treatments.
Has anyone used natural progesterone cream for fertility? I read about using serrapeptase as well.

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
July 23, 2016 - 11:12amTypically, Serrapeptase is not a viable treatment for infertility. It is generally used to dissolve the silkworm's cocoon. It can also be taken for inflammation to increase joint health, but more studies that end are non-conclusive. So, I do not recommend taking Serrapeptase for infertility.
Progesterone Cream, on the other hand, can be used for infertility. Its effectiveness will depend on the cause of your infertility.
Below I have pasted a link to an article that lays out the proper steps to using Progesterone Cream.

I hope that helps.
