hi,
i m newly married.i wanted to know that what shoul i use as birth control.does 72 hours pills are safe to use everytime?does it cause any problem in pregnancy?or which contraceptive pill i can use?any brand name can u suggest to use contraceptive pill?or any other method which can i use as birth control which will not create any problems in my future pregnancy?plz suggest me the right method....

Hi Anonymous,

Thank you for your question. Congrats on your new marriage. You should go to your doctor about birth control options. The 72 hour pills should never be used for birth control - only for emergency situations. Your doctor will do an exam for you and provide you the best options for birth control based on your personal interest.
