Bleeding after period

I had a heavier then usual 7 day period. 3 days later I had sex with my husband. I spotted the first time. Next day after sex I spotted again(light pink). It's been 2 weeks now & I'm still bleeding non stop. It went from light pink to brown to now bright red & heavier. I'm suppose to go to the doctor on Monday but was just told I start my new job on Monday. I am concern about cervical cancer because this isn't normal for me. Please give me answers because I'm so stressed out over this
