bleeding o long period?

This year my period been crazy coz January have two time came and frebuary also first week and last week of the month then march one time only and april never come now my problems is I have my long period now since May 23 until now May 31 still have and sometimes with blood clot I never feel any pain just worried why my period so long I know past time my period 1--3 days heavy then 4--6-7 days little bit only but now my period become abnormal so many days already then everyday I can see o feel the blood clot some big o small come out....is it ok coz last time month I dont have my period o u can help me to stop my period what should I do?????

Thank you so much yes im worried only thats why im asking my period now so long havent stop maybe stress o many problems only I never feel any pain. Im 34 years old and first time happen this my period havent stop almost one week already. so is it need to take vit with iron?

Hello and thank you for sharing you question.

It is very common to have a period between months.  This gives the impression of having 2 periods a month.  But as long as your periods are more than 25-28 days apart there is nothing abnormal happening.

Also it is normal to have 7 day periods and then light bleeding or spotting after the 7 day mark.  Blood clots are also not a sign of anything abnormal.  

A missed period is usually a sign of slight hormonal imbalances or stress.  It is no cause for alarm.

It is only necessary to have a perfectly regulated period is you are trying to become pregnant or you have severe negative symptoms such as debilitaing cramps.  If you want a regular period doctors usually recommend taking birth control pills.
