Both of my nipples burn and itch, should i be concerned?

Welcome to EmpowHER.  The fact you woke up worst then it was.  It can be an allergic reaction to a body cream or soap.  But many other serious conditions can also cause these symptoms.  If the symptoms are getting worst, it might be best to see your doctor for treatment.
