Hi Anon,

If you've been tested and all negative-- chances are that it's coming from stress and anxiety. It's a pretty dreadful feeling actually. I experienced the same thing in nursing school during my acute care semester and I was terrified. Although mine went away shortly after completing that semester, if you suffer from anxiety it may not go away on its own unless you're medicated. You can definitely speak to your doctor to determine if anti-anxiety medication would be beneficial to you.

Good Luck!
