We are ttc for almost 3 months now. My cycle is 38days. My last period was in feb 26 2017 and ended in march 2 2017. So im expecting my period to come around april 6.however ive got a brown discharge on april 2 and only when i wipe. And on the 3rd day i still have brown discharge with clots and its coming out everytime i pass urine for 2 days.and after that ive got a light bleeding only when i wipe and it smell sweet but its not continuous.up to now is still have the brown/black discharge and im on my 8day.im so concern coz this is the first time it ever happened to me.i use the hpt its neg.

In the majority of cases, a brown vaginal discharge is nothing to worry about. Brown period blood or brown spotting before period bleeding occurs because a small amount of fluid is leaked from the follicles of the ovary sometime during the cycle. Brown discharge for a few days after menstruation is most likely old blood making its exit. It sounds like your period may arrive soon. Wait another week. If it does not arrive, you can test again.
