can being hypothyroid cause a negative pregnancy test

i am hypothyroid and it has been 51 days since my last period. i have taken 3 home pregnancy test and they have all come back negative. o and i havent taken my meds since march. please help!!! because if i am pregnant i need to get back to the doctor asap.

If you stop taking your thyroid meds, that may cause your period to stop. Also, if you are pregnant, your baby is at risk of serious defects if you don't take your meds. You should see your doctor , and discuss whether you are pregnant, but also if it is okay to stop taking them, or if you still need them.
