Can dandruff on your face cause you to shed facial skin...make your nose to bleed and swell...and itch...

Dandruff (from your hair) falling on your face should not cause these things. However, it can have other side effects if it's not treated and/or becomes severe.

The dry skin flakes can clog pores, leading to breakouts on your face, (neck, shoulds or back). If you have acne-prone skin, dandruff can make the problem even worse. So, keeping your hair off of your face can help.
