I haven't had a menstrual cycle in a about a year. My amh is almost undetectable and fsh is high. What can I do to gain a period as we ttc one more time?

Thanks,
Yolonda

Hi, Anon.

Thank you for posting.

If you have not had a period in a year, it's likely at 47, you might be post-menopausal. This is a question to ask your gynecologist.
