Hi... I last had sex in March and since then I've had four periods and am now on my fifth. The reason I'm concerned is because I had unprotected sex but since have had regular ish periods. It's something that has been worrying me so I was just after advice or help?! Thanks.

Hello and thank you for choosing EmpowHer,
Having periods means that you are definitely not pregnant. There is a myth that women can have periods during pregnancy. This is not true.
The vaginal periods that happen during pregnancy is only spotting and lasts only 1 or 2 days.
You are not pregnant. You can relax.

Thank you for the reassurance! I've just been stressed thinking I could be... I haven't took a pregnancy test as I was relying on my cycle to tell if I was pregnant or not. I noticed my stomach has been kind of bloated and sticking out under my belly button and further down so this was also worrying me?... I don't know if I've put on a little weight causing my belly to stick out here but it kind of looks like a little bump which is why I need to know if there's any possibility I could be pregnant or not?....
