it happened 5 days after my periods. he said he didnt have any ejaculation. is the risk still high that i can get pregnant?

No, the risk of pregnancy is zero because he did not ejaculate, thus no sperm, and you were not ovulating, thus no egg to fertilize.

Possibly. There is a risk for conception whenever the penis comes in contact with the vagina. The risk increases if there is ejaculation and if the woman is ovulating.
If you are not ready to become pregnant but are sexually active, I strongly suggest that you and your partner use birth control.
