Q:

Can pregnancy be dangerous in this case?

Is it not good to be pregnant while having back problems and having only one kidney? in age 25-35.

What type of test to know if you're well enough to be pregnant?

Hello. Thank you for writing.

Most people with one kidney live healthy, normal lives with few problems. This includes having children.  If the kidney is not functioning normally then this would be a reason for concern.

Being pregnant may exacerbate back issues (it did for me) but I was never told it was dangerous.   If you are concerned about these issues, speak to your doctor as he knows the specifics of your health.
