Can you tell us a little more about your condition?
You said you have "BP", and I am not sure what this means. Usually "BP" is an abbreviation for "blood pressure", but you did not mention if you have high blood pressure or low blood pressure.
You are wanting "better blood circulation", and drinking water helps you.
What I need to know, in order to provide appropriate information:
- Have you been diagnosed with a certain medication condition? What is your specific symptoms, and what is your specific diagnosis?
- What is your age, height and weight?
You are having anxiety attacks, and I'm wondering what triggers these? Are you currently under the care of a Psychologist and/or a Physician or other health provider?
I look forward to hearing from you soon!

I think it is important to talk with a doctor, and rule out any medical conditions. Your first question about a diet for better blood circulation, having high blood pressure...now you are saying you have fear (of what?), are 25 years old, are not on any medications, and avoid being social. You may need to talk with a Psychologist about your fear and anxieties of being social, as they can help. I am not sure if you have any medical conditions, but it is important to actually rule out poor circulation, high blood pressure, and talk with a counselor who can assess you for Social Anxiety. Do you currently work or go to school?
