Thank you! I actually started today thank goodness! I was Soooo scared. But I thought it might be the tampons cause when I wore it afterwards it was like gone even though I changed every 3 hours and what little was left was like really pink Idk but I'm totally relieved! One less thing to stress about :D thank you so much for the advice though!

Welcome back. Tampon use should not have anything to do with your period being delayed.  Like pads, tampons need to be removed and replaced every few hours.  Teens should opt for slender tampons, because they are smaller, easier to insert, remove and manage.  If you are sure your period was due around this time and you are delayed by more then a week. It's best to see a doctor.  You might also be having hormonal changes especially being young.

I just now kind of thought about this... Can wearing a tampon for the first time mess with a period? I wore a tampon my last cycle cause i had a date with my boyfriend and it was my first time. After that it was really slow even on my usually heaviest days and was a pink color toward the end. I just thought maybe it slowed it down or something completely but my mom wears tampons all the time except when she sleeps. My mom says tampons are dangerous for girls under 18 cause they can get sick. Could thisbe something of what she meant? O.o

Thank you I feel a little better. How long should I wait before I should see a doctor? Cause I'm kinda scared to tell my mom about any of this.... Especially to go to a doctor because I don't have health insurance and Idk how much it would cost to go get checked and Idk how to get a pregnancy test with out my mom being there.....

Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question.  Precum can contain sperm. But,It's very unlikely that you are pregnant from him rubbing his penis in your vagina. Especially, if you he wore a condom during intercourse.  The delay of your menstrual can be due to stress.  Wait a few more days and if your period doesn't come then it would be best to see a doctor.

Also just an add on I haven't had any signs accept the period thing and cramps that I usually have around my period but i read that sometimes that doesn't always mean pregnant, I've been going through a lot of stress and It's been kind of sudden Idk.... I seriously need to talk to someone :(
