Can you help with painful headaches in the base of my skull?

In addition to the headaches, I am often slightly dizzy and exhausted. I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis about 2 months ago and was put on Cellsept and Prednisone. I have also taken Zoloft for depression for about 10 years and dosage has been increased to 200mg per day. I am at a loss to surmise exactly what is going on with me. I have always been healthy (I am 72) but am seriously worried as to what is causing my headaches, dizziness and extreme exhaustion. Is it possible that the drugs I have been prescribed are the culprits? I have seen my doctor but got not much help. I am also seeing a Pulmonary Specialist. Thank you for any advice or direction you can give me. I am truly concerned.

White Flower Oil [link removed by EmpowHer moderator] was introduced to me by my mother. During one of my headaches, she gave me this tiny bottle of oil and told me to massage it on my temples and forehead. Amazingly, it worked! Somehow the oil penetrates into the affected area and relieves the pain.

Can you tell us what test(s) have been conducted, in order for you to receive your diagnoses?

Have the doctors provided any information as to what they think the culprits are?
