Hi Anonymous,

Thanks for your question. The answer to this depends on what kind of hysterectomy you got. If you had a complete hysterectomy performed, then there is no possibility of pregnancy because your ovaries were removed. In a partial hysterectomy then pregnancy may be possible due to the fact that your ovaries are left in place. 

If you're trying to conceive with a partial hysterectomy, please consult with your doctor.
