I am a 44 years old Lady, i have a menstrual cycle of 28 days. Recently i noticed it changes and usually heavier than before.

At 44, you are likely entering into peri-menopause - this is the period before menopause that sees the body's reproductive system changing.
A change in the menstrual cycle is usually the first time - where periods can come more often or even be delayed. Some women start cycling twice a month, some every 5-6 weeks. Every woman is different. Menopause is a natural life cycle in women.
